Meet the Team
Hi, I'm Sadie!
I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who believes in hope and healing.
Whether we're sitting together in my office or working alongside the herd, my goal is to create a space where you feel safe enough to be yourself. Therapy doesn't require you to have all the answers or know exactly where to begin. It simply asks you to show up as you are.
I work with kids, teens, and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, life transitions, relationship challenges, and the many complexities that come with being human. My approach is warm, collaborative, and strengths-based, blending evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and person-centered therapy to meet each client where they are.
Several years ago, I was introduced to equine assisted psychotherapy through my work, and it changed the course of my life. What began as learning a therapeutic model quickly became a deep appreciation for horses and the incredible ways they invite us into healing. They have taught me about presence, authenticity, boundaries, resilience, and hope—lessons I now have the privilege of sharing with my clients every day. That journey eventually led me to create Wild Hope Ranch.
Wild Hope Ranch was born from the belief that hope can grow even in life's hardest seasons.
No matter where your journey begins, my hope is that you leave each session feeling seen, supported, empowered, and reminded that growth is possible.
I believe in you, and I would love to be a support to you in your journey.

The Herd
Every member of the Wild Hope Ranch herd has their own unique personality, preferences, quirks, and story. Just like people, no two horses are exactly alike—and that's part of what makes them such incredible partners in therapy.
Our horses aren't here to be perfect. They're simply themselves. They communicate honestly, respond authentically, and live fully in the present moment. Their ability to reflect what they're noticing without judgment creates powerful opportunities for growth, insight, and healing.
Some members of the herd are curious and playful. Others are gentle observers who prefer a slower pace. Some are natural leaders, while others are happy to quietly stand beside you. Each horse brings something different, and together they help create meaningful experiences for every person.
You'll quickly discover that everyone has a favorite.
